Veterans Day (originally known as Armistice Day) is a federal holiday in the United States observed annually on November 11, for honoring military veterans of the United States Armed Forces (who were discharged under conditions other than dishonorable).

Card Carrying Behavior

When I first created my Instagram account in 2016 there were a few veterans I followed and connected with. Veterans stick together on and offline. Every year the Veterans Administration shares which businesses support veterans on Veterans Day.

Thus providing veterans the opportunity to take advantage of discounts. Especially on food if you have children like I do. Here are 3 places I frequent even after Veterans Day.

As a military retiree that ID card can come in handy if you know how to open your mouth. This is important to know. Most establishments each year on this list each year require identification proof in order to receive their discounts. All 3 of these will require such identification.
