On February 25, 1989, Jones purchased the Cowboys from H.R. “Bum” Bright for $140 million (equivalent to $292.5 million in 2020). He currently is ranked 56th on the Forbes 400 list.

It’s hard to catch what you cant see

If you’re thinking of creating a personal brand online it’s not too late. Especially in the year 2020. Master businessman Jerry Jones of the Dallas Cowboys has a brand currently worth $8.6 billion dollars according to a recent Forbes 400 list.

Jones’ Cowboys currently ranks 56th on the recent Forbes 400 list. Surprisingly however Jones is now the second wealthiest NFL owner, not the first. That belongs to David Tepper currently of the Carolina Panthers who has an estimated net worth of $13 billion.

When you’re too close to a situation you have to step back and take a built different look at it. This is what it means to see the “Forest for the trees” when political and cannabis content scroll across our timelines.

What does all of this have to do with personal branding? Think of it this way. Let’s just say you’re now an NFL owner. Your brand speaks to the bottom line.

All 32 teams are independently owned and each collectively forms the NFL. Equality among bottom line matters. Your record speaks for itself.
