How Bakersfield, CA became the blueprint for West Coast Cowboys fans
Central California has become the nucleus for Cowboys fans meeting players at exclusive events such as Drew Pearson at Elements Venue.
The West Coast Is The Best Coast
Maybe I am a little biased after residing on the West Coast. When it came to San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, I was fortunate to experience all 3 cities. Bakersfield is at the center of it all, however. During 2020 I took a road trip to Elements Venue and this is how this story actually began.
I have learned there are 2 kinds of NFL fans. Those who watch and those who build. There are a small number of fans in our fan base who go the extra mile. All in the name of putting on events where fans can meet players like NFL Hall Of Famer Drew Pearson.
Little did I know the relationships I built during the 2017–18 seasons while at Dallas Cowboys games tailgating would bear fruit during 2023. During the Bye Week this season, there is a golden opportunity for fans to experience what this nucleus has to offer as a result.
