Write Yourself Out Of Depression

During a therapy session with my VA counselor in the summer of 2019 something finally clicked. I never looked at blogging as a form of therapy. By the end of that session, I recognized how getting intimate with my keyboard was good for mental health. Of course with a little help from big brother.

A few months later in the fall, I was piecing together my plan on how to write my first Amazon Kindle ebook. A self-publishing project. In addition to that counseling session, it would help frame my life story in a way that would inspire others to take massive action. Creating a Bullet Proof state of mind.

Earlier I shared how I used LinkedIn over the course of 11 weeks to write that ebook. Prior to that in ’16, I was just diving into the deep end of the pool with blogging. Thousand’s of YouTube videos later my blade began to get sharper.

Patients, caregivers, and even psychologists are using blogs and other social media to help each other, and themselves…

I'm drafting my 9th Amazon ebook, "It's Our Year Until It Ain't!" The first social media calendar ever designed for Dallas Cowboys content creators. April 1ST!
