Like Father Like Son

There's nothing like a “Cardiac Cowboys” Saturday Night Prime Time home game. Several of my kids watched the game with me tonight. It was a special occasion because Jimmy Johnson was going into the Dallas Cowboys Ring Of Honor right next to Darren Woodson at AT&T Stadium.

Bryce plays defensive end and looks at the game from a different lens than his old man. I enjoy hearing his takes on watching the film. He’s teaching me. The day you stop learning is the day you stop growing. After 3 decades Jerry is finally burying the hatchet with Jimmy. Black Cloud be gone.

John “Pat” and Arminta Jones gave birth to Jerral Wayne Jones in Los Angeles, CA in October of 1942. Then in 1945 the family packed up and headed south to North Little Rock.

It was during the years of working for his Father that Jerry learned firsthand how to put on a show. he jumped into the workforce at age 9 as a customer greeter at his parent’s grocery store, named Pat’s Supermarket in Arkansas.
