- Employment Support: Companies who conduct drug screenings may require medical cannabis authorization to be kept on file if THC shows positive on a drug test. Note: Employers are not required to accept this, it is at the company’s discretion and their policy if accepting a medical authorization as a waiver of THC in a drug screening.
