My only regret departing Las Vegas after Super Bowl 58

Team Whataburger or Team In-N-Out?

Whataburger just planted its flag in Las Vegas at the Waldorf days before Super Bowl 58 kicked off. My only regret leaving “SIN CITY” was not getting my Whataburger fix.

GOT BEEF?

When I made plans last August to travel to Las Vegas for Super Bowl 58 it was all about business. My Cowboys didn’t make it. My goal was to chop up the strip for content. Thanks to Danny, one of my Facebook followers, he alerted me about Whataburger's opening in Las Vegas.

I had no idea. Excalibur Resort & Casino where Park Ranger and I stayed for the weekend had a Fatburger. Either way, I knew I was going to get my burger fix. I just had to pencil in when to head to the brand new Whataburger located in the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas.

It was not supposed to open before Super Bowl 58, yet it did. Why? It just makes sense. Both kinds. The weather report I was monitoring for the trip had the city colder than normal. Over 500K thousand people descended upon the city for the BIG GAME. The strip was packed with pedestrians.

After I discovered another nugget on Saturday with the Las Vegas Sky High Lounge it was time to get that burger fix. Whataburger was on my mind. In addition, I wanted to create a REEL with Park Ranger as the shooter. When we arrived the line was 100 people deep outside in the cold. Damn it.
