Kicking off the new year is the perfect time to inform and educate on how to win the 2024 Gym Rat Of The Year challenge. Initially launched in 2023 thanks to a unique group of Dallas Cowboys fans monthly monetary support on Facebook.
First of all, what is a GYM RAT with a Built Different Group? Defined by the Cambridge Dictionary; someone who spends a lot of time exercising in the gym, and who cares very much about the shape and condition of their body. In this case, those USERS who engage and help create a community of Cowboys fans on Facebook.
Congratulations to those seven winners from 2023 who helped create this incentive for our SUPPORTER-only community. How did they win? A few simple rules I share today will provide you with the needed workout plan in 2024 to help develop your muscles.
During our first SUPPORTER SATURDAY of the new year we will determine who will be crowned the 2023 Gym Rat Of The Year. Tune in and watch the wheel spin to learn who wins. Thank you to those who supported in 2023 to bring “In The Trenches” to life on our platform.
HOW TO WIN IN 2024
First of all, you must be a SUPPORTER on Facebook to qualify. For the entire year. At any time you quit your GYM membership, you will not qualify for the annual award and recognition. This ensures both you and I stay committed to this written plan of action.
Engagement matters. Engaging with BDG content on Facebook is the ground-floor level commitment required to become a GYM RAT of any given month during 2024.
There will be 12 total winners. One for each month. How can you go above and beyond just engaging with BDG content? Help create it. An example would be November 2023’s GYM RAT Nicole Krieg who helped inspire the Fanatics Gift Card challenge during the holiday season.
Boots On Ground. If you’re the type of Cowboys fan who travels to games and events during the off-season this is next-level GYM muscle development. Providing a vicarious virtual view for other fans gives them a first-hand view of getting into the GYM.
