Divide & Conquer
Have you heard the phrase “Moving The Goalpost” before? Chances are if you’re an NFL fan you have heard and seen your favorite 3 & 4-letter alphabet networks continually “Moving Dak Goalpost.”
It is a metaphor, derived from goal-based sports, which means to change the rule or criterion (goal) of a process or competition while it is still in progress, in such a way that the new goal offers one side an advantage or disadvantage.
Now that the Dallas Cowboys have sown up the NFC East (potentially) and prevented Jalen Hurts and his “Tush Push” gang from repeating, let alone scoring, as Champions it’s on to the next city. Funny how a few months ago we were told which NFL QBs were ELITE. Now that seems to be the polar opposite. Remember one thing, the tables will eventually turn. Especially when it comes to Rayne Dakota Prescott who still reigns supreme at 31–8 Vs NFC East teams now in his career.
