The PNW blueprint to win a Super Bowl as the most penalized NFL team

Why nobody is talking about the ‘Legion Of Penalties”

Russell Wilson helped lead the Seahawks to two consecutive Super Bowls, winning Super Bowl XLVIII. Highly-regarded as one of the top duel-threat quarterbacks in the league during this run all while leading the league with 130 penalties in 2014.

Legion Of Penalties

When my family and I relocated to the PNW from OKC in 2014 it was Seattle Seahawks mania. Dan Quinn was the DC for the “Legion Of Boom” and in that season they became champions. I found it interesting they were the league champions in penalties too, with 130.

Once Russell Wilson left the PNW for greener pastures in Colorado and Dan Quinn came to Dallas in 2021 the blueprint was already constructed. Since then his defense has scored 15 touchdowns, a league record.

Every NFL team faces 4 opponents each week. The league is not rigged, and referees don’t control games despite popular social media opinion. You combat that with “Discipline” when it comes to yellow flags.

Can history repeat itself in Dallas in 2023 with DQ? The Cowboys currently have amassed 90 penalties heading into WK14 with 5 games remaining in the regular season. I call that a trend.

The founder of the “Legion Of Boom” led the NFL in 2014 with 130 penalties. During his first season in Dallas, the Cowboys led the league in penalties with 127. The following year they ranked 9th overall and currently sit behind Seattle (91) with 90 with five games remaining. Can the Cowboys follow the DQ PNW blueprint to Las Vegas in February 2024?
