Media Entrepreneur Veterans Military LinkedIn
When reported to my first Navy Recruiting District in Los Angeles in 2001 I knew absolutely nothing about writing down goals. If you served as a recruiter for the United States military, I assure you have the technical skills to become a media entrepreneur in 2021.

Eyes Right Shut

Veterans are entrepreneurs whether they would like to admit it or not. Just think about it. All of the things we learned in uniform. How to do more with less. Problem identifiers and problem solvers in the name of mission.

Many of us bought things on our own dime. Things to ensure your assigned task is completed ahead of the mission schedule. Because you took pride and ownership in everything you did while in uniform.

My father was an Army veteran who suffered from PTSD and refused to adapt to smart technology. But when we add the word media to the equation that opens the eyes of potential creators to create in many various forms of media.

Veterans who are due to depart the ranks in the near future are built differently when it comes to technology. The older veterans not so much. No matter your age group we can all continue to learn.

So what is a media entrepreneur? Why do veterans need to know? Veterans who are due to depart or recently departed the ranks of service in the last 5 years are likely more tech-savvy and that’s key. Why is this important?
