The Discipline Opponent, Carpe Penalties

Before this season kicked off I shared with you the “4 Opponents” each NFL team faces each week. Prior to the Cowboys opening up this season Head Coach Mike McCarthy introduced the Carpe Omnia (Seize Everything) mantra. Even Dak Prescott had prior special forces members come in to help them create an operative TARGET.

I’m not that NFL fan who will ever point the finger at NFL Referees for causing the Cowboys to lose. How do we defeat all these apparent targeted yellow flags by the official goon squad of Commissioner Roger Goodell? through the ART of discipline. Where leadership and culture matter.
